Turn up the record, feel the bass line and let the city's soul-music heritage fuel your game day. This jersey is all rhythm and pride, a fan shirt that sounds as good as it looks. The Detroit Vinyl Groove Soul Hockey Jersey is a custom hockey jersey with your own name and number, made in sizes XS to 6XL and four colors: Soul Violet, Record Teal, Groove Orange and Velvet Plum. It is a proud Detroit fan shirt and premium piece of sports apparel for game day, the rink, the stands, watch parties and every city celebration, and it works just as well as a matching team jersey.
The Artwork and Where It Sits
Every inch is covered in high-detail sublimated artwork, layered and finished with fine linework, gradients and texture. It is an original Detroit-inspired illustration with no team, league or brand marks.
- Front: spinning vinyl records with glossy grooves, vintage ribbon microphones, flowing sound waves, music notes and a stylized city skyline in a retro 1960s poster style with halftone dots and starbursts
- Chest crest: an original vintage record with a ribbon microphone in front, framed by a scalloped starburst and a curled ribbon banner
- Shoulders and yoke: sound-wave lines with tiny music notes
- Sleeves: equalizer-bar stripes and record-groove pinlines at the elbows and cuffs
- Hem: a piano-key pattern band
- Back: the sound waves and notes continue behind your name and number
What it means
Detroit gave the world a sound full of heart and harmony. The record and microphone celebrate the singers, players and songwriters, and the sound waves are the crowd's roar rising together.
